EXECUTIVE COURIER QUALITY CONTROL

EXECUTIVE COURIER SERVICE,INC. maintains the accuracy of parcel delivery at each location by completing the following:

• Quality control starts with proper training, which is provided by a Route Supervisor for every new parcel delivery route driver. Additionally, the first time a driver performs a route he is accompanied by his or her supervisor. Route Supervisor also instills a professional attitude.
• We try to avoid problems by making sure all materials picked up are clearly labeled and identifiable by pouches, mail cartons, company transfer bags, etc.
• Each parcel delivery driver checks off a routed manifest sheet at each location, specifying the exact date, time and number of items or a description of items picked up.
• If there is a question, all parcel delivery drivers are provided with a two-way radio and are instructed to call their Route Supervisor.
• Route Supervisors also conduct random quality control surveys at routed stop locations to verify pickup time, driver's attitude and attire.

Executive Courier possesses state of the art technology and equipment for all aspects of it's parcel delivery service business. One call starts an incredible chain of events.

Our customer service representative enters the order into our specialized computer system as we speak. The computer automatically routes and classifies the order, prints out the parcel delivery ticket, finds the nearest delivery representative and notifies the dispatcher, all within 2.3 seconds! The dispatcher then uses the state of the art radio communication system to send a representative to your office.

What all this means to you is that we are the fastest responding parcel delivery service company in the industry. You will never have to worry about your delivery making a deadline again.
